Welcome to the AI Problem Solving Coach beta testing program. This is a beta software test site designed exclusively for general business problem-solving applications. By using this service, you acknowledge that the software utilizes third-party artificial intelligence services including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude for AI coaching and feedback purposes.

Important: When you submit data to our platform, it is processed through these external AI providers' cloud services. By using this application, you agree to be bound by the data policies and terms of service of these third-party AI providers, in addition to our own terms. You acknowledge that your data will be transmitted to and processed by these external services.

Beta Software Notice

This platform is currently in beta testing phase with invited users only. As beta software:

  • The software is provided "as-is" without any warranties or guarantees
  • Features, functionality, and interface may change or be removed without notice
  • Service interruptions and data loss may occur during the testing period
  • No service level agreements or uptime guarantees are provided
  • User feedback will be used to improve the platform before general release

AI Technology Disclosure

This application integrates with multiple external artificial intelligence services for coaching and analysis capabilities, including but not limited to:

  • Anthropic Claude
  • Google Gemini

Data Processing Notice

All content you enter will be transmitted to and processed by these third-party AI services. While we implement security best practices, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality of information processed through external AI providers. Each provider maintains their own data handling and privacy policies which apply to your submitted content.

Data Security & Privacy Guidelines

To protect your privacy and security, DO NOT enter:

  • Personal identifying information (SSN, passwords, credit card numbers)
  • Protected health information (PHI, medical records, patient data)
  • Confidential company data, trade secrets, or proprietary information
  • Classified, legally restricted, or regulated information
  • Personal information about others without their explicit consent

This platform is designed for business problem-solving with appropriately sanitized data. Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with their organization's data policies and applicable regulations.

Acceptable Use Policy

By accessing and using this service, you agree to:

  • Use the platform solely for legitimate business problem-solving purposes
  • Maintain the security of your account and not share access credentials
  • Not attempt to breach security measures or access other users' data
  • Not submit illegal, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Not use automated tools to scrape, attack, or abuse the service
  • Promptly report any security vulnerabilities or bugs you discover
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the service

Intellectual Property Rights

  • You retain full ownership of all content you create and submit
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content through AI services for the purpose of providing the platform's functionality
  • AI-generated suggestions and coaching are provided for your business use
  • The AI Problem Solving Coach platform, including its software, design, and methodologies, remains our proprietary property
  • Any feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without compensation

Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your use of this beta software is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your data and implementing suitable safeguards.

Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time, with or without notice. This includes the right to:

  • Terminate individual user access for violation of these terms
  • Modify features or functionality during the beta period
  • Discontinue the beta program at our discretion
  • Transition to a commercial service with different terms

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.
